Responsible for providing legal drafting assistance to the licensing business team. Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or division. Reviews business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tool. Prepares and uploads legal documents using appropriate tools as required. Skills: 1-3 years paralegal experience. 2-3 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal / external clients. A strong working knowledge of MSOffice, Teams and SharePoint. Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:-

Support legal drafting:

  • Drafting extension letters to current agreements with legal oversight
  • Ability to comprehend business concepts to be able to independently draft amendments to reflect them in partnership with the program managers
  • Ensure quality and attention to detail to all aspects

Program Management: 

  • Ability complete operational process to submit legal documents into the tool and drive through execution
  • Work with sales teams to ensure partner execution on-time
  • Tagging and posting of legal documents on the partner website as needed
  • Special Projects: assist the team on special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
  • Excellent written communication and organization abilities
  • Strong end to end thinking with process orientation.
  • Meticulous with an analytical mindset, enjoys analyzing and interpreting data
  • Technically savvy and is highly proficient in use of Microsoft technologies including Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent communications, editing, and great reading comprehension.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a growth mindset open to new ideas
  • High energy individual with a "can do" attitude
  • Must be balanced between speed and quality
