High performance automotive firm located in South Bay, has an immediate need for an Administrative Coordinator to assist with high level management.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Will be responsible for domestic and international travel for entire organization including heavy travel for race support group
+ Arrange conferences, meetings and events
+ Create Power Point presentations for executive team
+ Creation of weekly KPI reports
+ Order office supplies, maintain attendance and event calendars
+ Responsible for Quality Management data base and tracking open projects

Experience:

+Minimum 7 years of experience
+Background in Racing helpful

+Excellent written and verbal communication skills (well spoken)
+Strong organizational skills and well structured
+Ability to operate independently
+Confident and affable
+Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality (integrity)
+High quality standards and high accuracy
+Service oriented and compassionate
+Resilient and diligent
+Strong skills in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
