Act as the main point of contact for the identified executive with other company leadership, employees, clients and external partners and manage the information flow in a timely and appropriate manner.
Manage identified calendar, e-mails, calls and voicemails
Arrange meetings with both internal and external attendees, including booking meeting rooms / venues / and managing logistics in domestic and international locations
Make complex travel and accommodation arrangements in domestic and global locations
Act as the point of contact for requests from staff
Review requests for prioritization with executive partner
Prepare and update materials for meetings, presentations and departmental communication
Manage all department related files, both paper and electronic
Resolve issues with some complexity with limited guidance on behalf of executive
