SUMMARY: This position reports to the Manager, Compensation and Equity Plan Accounting. This position will focus on completing recurring monthly accruals, reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and other ad hoc requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
Assist the Accounting Manager with journal entries, reconciliation, research, analysis and reporting.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Accounting degree required.
Professional maturity in handling confidential information.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Assertive, self-motivated and self-directed.
Ability to respond efficiently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong, professional work ethic and integrity.
Advanced MS excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Proficiency using accounting systems (PeopleSoft and Hyperion Essbase are pluses)
Quality and detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong financial skills.
