Experis is looking to fill a Account Manager (Lead) position for our client. This position is located in Lake Villa, IL and it is a Direct Hire/Permanent opportunity.

Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
- Responsible supporting Account Executives in the field as well as Sales Manager.
- Lead generation, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs, providing input in meeting customer concepts/specifications, managing/preparing project quotes and project management.
- Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and actively seeking out new opportunities.
- Have an active customer base which makes up 20% of your overall customer sales mix (excludes Pillar and Hot)
- Develop a new customer base of 5% of total pipeline each year.
- Execute weekly marketing goals in accordance to Sales and Marketing plan
- Set up local vetted sales calls for Sales and Service departments.
- Manage, coordinate and deliver project quotes in a timely fashion to customers by properly gathering pertinent information from internal and external sources.
- Managing day to day work flow of new customer intakes, customer deliverables, and internal administrative duties related to order processing.
- Building spreadsheets (including pivot tables and other advanced excel requests) and presentations for internal and external analysis
- Managing CRM database and software
