Opening for a 365 Migrations Technician in San Antonio, TX. This is a 12-month contract. Previous migration experience with Access and Office 365 is required.
7:45 am - 4:30 pm
- Expert at Migrating/Troubleshooting Microsoft Access to Access 365
- Understanding of SQL databases/queries
- Clear understanding of Microsoft licensing (specifically Office 365)
- Hands on experience with rolling out Microsoft 365 and a good understanding of the effort involved.
- Office 365 experience should include:
- MS Teams
- MS Office Pro Plus (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access)
- How to use collaboration within Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with any of the other products within O365, that is definitely a plus.
- Ability to assemble, clearly express thoughts, and present project information/barriers and brief executive staff.
- Strong Customer Service/Communication Skills
- Experience working with a project team.
- Experience working in a Tier II support environment that will involve troubleshooting issues with our users.
- SCCM/Workspace One (MDM)/Microsoft Deployment Tool
- Background check required
