Learning Coordinator Transnational duties to support the MMD Learning & Development (L&D) organization at the West Point (WP) Site. Primary focus is to put aseptic gowning qualifications into myLearning. Performance of transnational activities in accordance with regulations, GMP, industry guidance and Client procedures. Document management in MIDAS, LIMS, myLearning and Quickbase. Review of GMP documents for data integrity and accuracy.
TOP 3 Skills: **attention to detail- ***good collaboration skills, working with team members, ***Compliance GMP- any compliance or GMP experience, is a plus. Previous Pharma exp is a PLUS! COMPETENCIES: Teaming and Relationship Building: Ability to build and manage relationships in a cross-functional environment Oral and Written Communications: Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively and in a succinct manner L&D Policies, Standards, and Procedures: Knowledge and application of industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to learning and development Ability to create job aids and other training materials to support training development Thorough proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) and ability to create customized reports Personnel required to become familiar with and to follow all Site Safety and Environmental procedures, GMP documentation practices and Data Integrity procedures in performance of necessary tasks. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS ATTACHED SEPARATELY: ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The following information will be utilized to monitor performance of activities outlined in the Work Requirements section above. All required personal training must be completed on time. Must be completed prior to due date and before completing applicable work. All Metric reports created error-free in agreed upon time and distributed to correct owners. All TAR and Competency Assessment data entry into myLearning completed using GMP documentation and data integrity principles in agreed upon time. At least quarterly, JLL and Client's Leaders to meet to discuss performance and implement any necessary actions. Positive feedback from West Point customers. Positive feedback from WP L&D personnel. ** this will be required to be on site each day at WP.
SCOPE OF WORK The primary scope of work involves: Data entry of annual gown requalification data into myLearning. Generating reports from LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) to confirm requalifications. Creation of re-occurring metric reports for L&D (internal: business, GMP, Environmental Health & Safety), Client (external: GMP) and Quality Council (external: GMP). Creation and scheduling for both the myLearning reports as well as the distribution lists. Documenting paper training records (training rosters and training assessments) into myLearning. Process includes second-person verification. Process must ensure alignment with Learning Shared Services (LSS) deployment and sustained GMP compliance through audits/inspections and continuous improvement. Scheduling and support of site class offerings in B75C. Support includes coordinating and maintaining Scheduled Offerings in the myLearning system; monitoring the WP L&D Mailbox, and forwarding new SOPs to the WP Standard Index Steward; checking inventory for site classes and printing training materials/certificates, as needed; and filing site course Training Rosters, as required.
Processes must ensure sustainment of B75C GMP and sustained GMP compliance through audits/inspections and continuous improvement.
Providing Curriculm management support for the L&D Learning Specialists and various WP MMD Teams.
Support includes curriculum build for projects using Intalio submission to LSS organization, upload of training materials in MIDAS storage and ad hoc request to run and distribute myLearning training
