Greetings, we are looking for a Client Service Analyst for one of our direct client.

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
The Global Client Servicing team is responsible for the day to day support of our investors across all asset classes. The Global Privates Client Service team focuses specifically on real estate, real assets and private capital. The team is responsible for supporting the distribution and relationship management team during the onboarding process, maintaining day-to-day contact with existing investors, responding to events, writing and issuing client communications, coordinating investment reporting and any fund related activities.
The Global Client Service team partners closely with other business areas such as product, distribution, operations, technology, (including 3rd Party Transfer Agents and Fund Administrators) to build the client servicing capabilities required to deliver an outstanding client experience to investors, intermediaries and advisors in our alternatives products.
The Client Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Client Service team. The main objective from a team perspective is to ensure that our clients receive excellent client service and to provide team support as required.
Functional Leadership Responsibilities:
Maintaining a first-class client service
Assist with client communications including production and distribution of capital call and distribution notices via client portal
Supports the onboarding of new investors including interfacing with Legal, Advisory Sales and Relationship Management
Day-to-day team responsibility for collaborating with accounting and third-party fund administrators to ensure execution of investor production activity and reporting obligations for 3rd party private funds and tracking until completion.
Frequent written and oral interaction with internal and external organizations, including institutional and high net wealth investors.
Required Experience: 1-3 years
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Client focused mindset, diligence, accuracy, flexibility and attention to detail
Ability to process high volume of deliverables accurately and effectively
Proven ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and quarter-end deliverables and work well under pressure
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word and quick learner of various data systems
Highly organized, self-motivated, strong work ethic and a strong sense of ownership
A self-starter who can work independently and as a member of a team
Strong knowledge of the retail and/or institutional investment business, traditional and alternatives investment strategies/products is ideal
Strong communication skills and ability to work productively with internal stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations globally
Required Education: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in business/finance/accounting/economics or equivalent.
