What is the job placement process?

Our placement process is designed to create ideal employment matches. It consists of these key steps:

Consultation - During this first step, you'll talk with an Experis Representative to review your background and career objectives. We’ll review your resume and help get your professional profile in order. Remember: there's never a charge for our services.

Screening - If your skills align with our primary disciplines, we conduct a more thorough analysis of your strengths and competencies so we can gather information to find your ideal employment match. This typically involves in-person interviews, skill assessments and professional reference checks.

Placement - With a thorough understanding of your skills, experience and goals, our recruiters identify the best opportunities for you. We promote you to prospective employers who are looking for your unique talents. We coordinate your interview process. And we keep you informed every step of the way.

What do I need to do after I submit my resume or apply for a job?

Does Experis continue to support me after I start a job?

Yes. While your supervisor at the work site is your resource for daily work-related questions, Experis is your employer. We remain available to support you if you have any questions or concerns. If you’re placed in a permanent position, we contact you periodically to inquire about your status.

What do I do when I finish an assignment?

Your Experis Representative will be aware of your status and will continuously work to place you on new assignments as requested. Please let us know if there’s any change in your availability, and remember to update your Experis Representative to include any new skills you've gained.
