Senior Project Manager
The Procurement and Contracts Director will play a leading role within Advisor Groups Accounting function. This is a unique opportunity that combines the leadership needs for procurement and corporate insurance as well as potential involvement in matters related to travel, conferences, and real estate reporting directly to our Chief Accounting Officer.
What you will do:
Manage the firms procurement and contracts function with direct administrative procurement support and indirect (dotted line) contract support from the legal department.
Manage corporate contracts and procurement process from issuance of RFP's and negotiation of contracts through the contract life cycle. You will constantly analyze trends, ensure compliance and holistically lead the procurement process.
Administer Advisor Group's corporate insurance program. This includes all renewals and evaluation of new coverage for Property, Workers Compensation, Cyber, E&O, general insurance and others as needed.
Manage the companys travel program, ensure compliance with travel policy and act as escalation point for problem resolution.
You will constantly drive improvements through increased team performance, mitigation of risk and overall understanding of Advisor Group's business strategy.
You will educate the executive leadership team on all insurance, travel, contracts and procurement topics through your insights and analytics.
You will have other duties assigned as needed.

What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred. MBA or JD is advantageous
10+ years of progressive indirect procurement and/or contracts experience
5+ years of negotiating technology contracts
5+ years of people management experience
Understanding of regulatory environments
Expert data analytics skills and ability to research and resolve complex issues
Understanding of various corporate insurance coverage types
