Systems Administrator Web - C

  • Responsibility for managing all requests, projects and workstreams related to Lanyon Meetings projects, including but not limited to configuration changes and reporting, and SMM related best practices
  • Works with multiple internal and external team members to document all requested changes, including short and long term pros and cons of various possible configurations
  • Leads decision makers through workstream prioritization process, and ensures appropriate approvals/permissions from decision makers for changes
  • Creates project plan for technology and technology related work including communication and training for both HCP and general SMM related work.
  • Responds to any AbbVie or vendor requests related to use of Lanyon Meetings and reporting (that cannot be answered by Super Users)
  • Trains "super users" within AbbVie and at vendors to then cascade training down and be Level 1 support for Lanyon Meetings usage
  • Provide Lanyon Meetings with specific technical direction on agreed upon changes, agrees on appropriate timelines for completion of technology work, manage timelines, and reviews and tests (or directs testing by appropriate team members) all work to ensure the technology changes are completed correctly. Documents any deviations from scope to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up
  • Responsibility for effective and timely communications with all team members to appropriately communicate any changes and improvements, provide in-person and virtual training and training documentation, and manage additional training resources as needed
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure appropriate training and communications internally and to third party agencies, and manages user requests and questions in a tiered approach. General user questions are expected to be funneled to existing resources and unique or system type questions would be responded to by this role or by collaborating with Lanyon Meetings or Client team members as needed
  • Documents requests for additional resources as needed, including determining appropriate tasks, experience levels and time requirements, to fulfill Client's objective and timelines for phases of HCP and SMM related work
  • Manages resource and/or contributes to documentation of all system configuration and system dependencies, allowing for effective short and long term management of the system and preventing additional future cost for work that has been completed or may not be needed. Documentation also allows Client to more easily transition from any vendors or system in the future
  • Project Manager for all tasks as defined above, communicating in an effective and timely manner with vendors/stakeholders as appropriate. Other vendors may include third party agencies
