Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Reno, Nevada
Contract: 6 months

Job Description:
The Credit Research Analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple credit services functions within a worldwide organization. The role will participate in account reconciliations requiring significant research skills. Additionally, the role will administer a wide array of credit activities to include, but not limited to, routing legal correspondence, facilitating customer inquiries and claims, processing tax documents, and tracking and monitoring a high volume email alias. The Credit Research Analyst will demonstrate strong support to the Credit Operations Managers. The pace is fast, attention to detail is critical, and sound judgement is essential in all deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Direct support to Credit Operation Managers with daily administrative accountabilities

Dispute and customer claims research

Manage incoming mail including checks, make bank runs as needed

Assist with processing legal correspondence (obtain signature, ship, scan & file)

Process vendor forms requiring signature

Upload banking lockbox records, compile 3rd party collection documents for shipment

Process incoming tax documents and associated monthly audits

Assisting in account reconciliations

Qualifications:
2-3 years of related experience in/with:
Business analysis, & process improvement

Strong communications skills

Proven ability to come up with creative solutions and demonstrate sound judgment

SAP knowledge is a plus

Credit and collections background is desirable

General skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InfoPath, SharePoint, OneNote)
