A premier and fully managed growth marketing platform for premium mobile brands is looking for an effective and efficient Accounting Professional to join their expanding team in San Francisco!

This position is expected to contribute and support the continuous improvement of Finance and Operations systems, practices and policies within a fast paced start up environment. Successful candidates should be self-starters able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.


Lead all aspects of the monthly financial close process including account reconciliations, international consolidation, and preparation of monthly reporting package
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management
Design, implement and maintain effective accounting processes, policies, and internal controls to make accounting simpler than the current state
Manage the companys expense management process from vendor invoicing to payment, and ensure timely payments are made
Work cross-functionally with teams in the US & Israel
Coordinate external audit process
Collaborate with outside tax preparers to ensure timely tax filings
Other special projects and ad-hoc analyses as directed by management
Verify, research discrepancies and seek resolutions to clients billing issues

Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience
Financial Services and start-up experience a plus
Willing to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, collection regulations, and industry best practices
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
