Managed Account Operations Lead
LOCATION: NEW YORK OR CHARLOTTE ONSITE
Bachelors degree and 10+ years of managed account operations experience with an intermediary or broker/dealer firm with at least 5 of these years in a senior operations management role.
This individual will play an integral role with developing a plan to insource all of our managed account operational functions from our current outsourcing vendor. This individual will have to have deep domain experience within the managed account (fee-based advisory) operations space. Must have deep knowledge and understanding of the following key operational processes:
Pricing and Corporate Actions
Trade Order Generation and Support
Client Performance Reporting
Client Fee Billing
Compliance and Controls
This person will help lead the insourcing of our managed account operations from our current outsourcing vendor. This required deep domain experience in managed account (fee-based advisory) operations to include reconciliation, corporate action processing, trading, performance reporting, fee billing, etc.
This should ultimately be a temp to perm role as this individual would ultimately be hired to head up our managed account operations team overseeing 15-25 employees.
