Position Overview

Accountable for high-level relations with all clients and agency partners, including overall client satisfaction and management of expectations, while ensuring that the work is completed on strategy, on time and within budget.
Provide day to day support/services to assigned clients, participate in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns
Develop, manage and monitor timelines on client projects, act as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects
Interact with all departments to resolve client issues and opportunities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and on-going project/client growth
Develop actionable plans to balance short/long range goals while ensuring project execution is timely and effective
Successfully identify and manage upsell opportunities within existing client base
Develop account growth strategy and engagement plans; create quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and then execute on those plans
Plan all engagements (goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets) with support from delivery team, and assist with prioritizing tasks
Guide/approve creative and delivery process at key checkpoints
Oversee production on project work including SOW development, schedules and production resource allocations
Manage account P&L including negotiating statements of work and retainers, making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms
Help develop new business for the company; support pitches and RFI/RFP responses
Act as primary interface and point-of-contact between the assigned Client(s) and all departments to define programs/project requirements, develop solutions, implementation activities and service delivery required to successfully meet agreed upon client business goals and objectives
Independently lead and make decisions that properly balance the needs of accounts (clients and internal goals and teams)
Responsible for setting meeting agendas, taking notes, scoping projects, status reporting, working on competitive analyses and trends research, and setting up decks, request forms, estimates and timelines
Create effective presentations and win pitches to grow account both vertically and horizontally
Foster client confidence and become valued resource and sounding board for senior level clients
Genuine interest in current trends, brands and design and the marketing world in general
Mentor jr team members and be able to work remotely with support staff from Strategy to Delivery teams
Must have 8-10yrs of Account Mgmt experience; past experience in automotive a plus
